Warranty Conditions

At No Back, we stand behind every product we produce and guarantee its quality and durability. All No Back products you purchase are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the invoice date.

Conditions Covered by the Warranty

The following situations are repaired free of charge under the warranty; if repair is not possible, the product will be replaced:

• Zipper malfunctions
• Seam breaks
• Fabric deformations due to manufacturing
• Other structural problems due to manufacturing

Conditions Not Covered by the Warranty

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage resulting from misuse or excessive use
• Wear caused by accidents, falls, friction, or impacts
• Color fading due to sun, sweat, detergent, or incorrect washing instructions
• User-induced alterations or repairs to the product

Warranty Process

• Submit your warranty request by email to [email protected]. When the product is received for inspection, it is evaluated by our quality control team.
• Products under warranty are repaired free of charge; if repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same product.
• If the same product is not in stock, a product of similar specifications and equivalent value will be provided.
• Note: All shipping costs under warranty are the buyer's responsibility.
