You can start by clicking the "Design" button below. After creating your desired design using our 3D design wizard, click the "Save" button in the window on the left. After entering your membership information or registering, you can add any notes (quantity, special requests, different product orders) to receive a price quote.

1-) What cycling clothing products can you custom design?

We take custom orders for cycling apparel, including jerseys, tights, windbreakers, winter cycling jackets, and gloves. If you have a special request, please contact us.

2-) What is the minimum order quantity for a custom cycling jersey?

The minimum production quantity for each item order is 5 pieces.

3-) I can't get the design I want in the design wizard, what should I do?

For patterns and designs that you cannot add in the design wizard, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

4-) Is there a charge for design?

No, the designs you create using our design wizard are completely free. If you place an order, the first design we send you is free. Payment must be completed for any revisions.

5-) What is the order delivery time?

Delivery time depends on volume. The average is 14 business days. For more information, please inquire at the time of ordering.

6-) How should we choose the sizes?

After confirming your order quantity, you can request a size chart from [email protected].

7-) Where can I find prices for custom designed products?

After determining your order quantity, you can get the current price from [email protected].

8-)What are the payment options?

You can pay by money order/EFT or credit card. Up to 12 installments are available with credit card payments..

9-) Where can I track my order?

10-) Can I return/exchange special orders?

No. Since it is a special production, returns and exchanges are not possible.

11-) Do you have a store we can visit for orders?

12-) Will there be an extra charge?

No. No extra charges will be charged other than the amount stated at the beginning of the order, including design and shipping.
