CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:

 

To complete your order;

  • Submit your request in our country using the button next to the relevant order in the "My Orders" section. If you made a purchase without registering, please email [email protected] using the order number found in the order confirmation email you received.
  • If you wish to exchange a product in the color you ordered for a different date or time, you can return it and reorder the desired product. To expedite the process, an exchange option is not available.

Return Policy

  • Purchased products must be unused, tested only in the domestic market, and suitable for resale.
  • Delivery notification must be in the original packaging, with all tags intact and the packaging undamaged.

Will I pay the return shipping costs?

  • You will not be charged for shipping on discounted and promotional items, except for returns. You can return your order free of charge using the return shipping code provided.
  • If your order includes an invoice or promotional item, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

When can I make a return or canceled product or an undesired price change?

  • After the product is delivered to us, it is delivered to the required unit to verify its compliance with the return requirements. This process will take 2 days after the product reaches us, depending on the volume.
  • If the product return requirements are met, the return process will be completed within 2-10 days.
  • Products that do not meet the return requirements will be returned to your address. You will be billed for the refund fee for any non-compliant returns.
  • Once your return is completed, a notification email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • The refund of the product price to your card depends on your bank's policies. Credit card payments are processed within a few days, while debit card refunds may take longer.
  • Payments made by money transfer will be processed within 2 business days for the same amount.
Note: The refund process may vary depending on your card, with the exception of bank details.

Can I return products whose 14-day return period has expired?

According to the distance selling agreement, the return period for online/mobile purchases is 14 days. Delivery verification of your shipment begins within this period.
